Throughout this course, I have learned new types of essays that I have never done before. I learned about op-eds, reviews, and ecopoetry. All three of these are new levels for me and have broadened my perspective on society. Throughout this course I learned to acknowledge my range of linguistic differences as resources. Any type of source can help me gain perspective and get more information to do the best I can. If you limit yourself, it only hurts you. Another objective I have learned is to draw on those resources to develop rhetorical sensibility. I have made sure to make my work as versatile and develop it the best I can. I have also gained the objective of enhancing my strategies for reading, drafting, revising, editing, and self-assessment. I have learned new skills in making my work as best as it can be.
